Credit packs
Credit packs are one-time purchases for casual use. Paid credit packs unlock report/PDF export access for paid users while credits are used for lookups.

Billing and subscriptions
ShoMeE uses Stripe for checkout, invoices, payment methods, subscriptions, and promotion codes.
Pro
Pro is a solo workspace subscription with included basic lookup access, saved history, case workspaces, and monthly PDF/report allowances.
Team Starter
Team Starter is a separate shared workspace plan. It does not require Pro first. Team Admins manage licensed seats and billing.
Payment problems
If a payment fails or a subscription becomes past due, ShoMeE may restrict seat increases or paid features until billing is recovered.
