Do Teams require Pro?

No. Pro is for solo case workspaces. Team Starter is the shared workspace plan and includes the core case features for team members.

Do PDF limits reset?

Yes. Pro and Team export allowances are counted against the current monthly usage window. Free accounts do not include PDF export; paid credit packs, Pro, or Team access unlock exports.

Where do I manage billing?

Use Billing inside ShoMeE to open Stripe's customer portal for invoices, payment methods, cancellation, and supported subscription changes.
