Getting started
Learn the basic ShoMeE flow: verify your account, run a lookup, save findings, and build a case report.
2. Run your first lookup
Choose Username, Email, Company/Domain, or Website. ShoMeE normalizes pasted handles, emails, and public URLs before creating a passive report. Free accounts include 3 basic starter lookups after signup.
3. Create a case
Pro users can create solo case workspaces. Team users can create shared cases for collaboration, comments, evidence, and exports. Free users can review the workflow and upgrade when they need case workspaces.
4. Upgrade for exports when needed
Free accounts have 3 basic lookups, limited result detail, and no PDF export. PDF/report export is available with paid credit packs, Pro, or Team access. Case exports include subjects, notes, evidence indexes, and timeline context.
