Pro is the solo workspace. Teams include the case workspace features plus collaboration, seats, and shared case access.

Using Team workspaces
Teams are for shared cases, roles, seats, comments, and team billing. Team Starter includes a base seat allowance and optional paid extra seats.
Roles
Team Admins manage billing and users. Case Managers coordinate shared work. Analysts contribute lookups and notes. Viewers can review assigned information.
Seats
Team Starter includes the configured number of base seats. Additional seats can be billed through Stripe when enabled.
